He brings over 30 years of experience across Fiji and New Zealand in finance, retail, business planning, staff development, credit control, debtor management, accounting, SME lending, commercial lending, banking, risk management, and crisis management.
He holds an Executive MBA from Fiji National University and has contributed to Fiji’s National Financial Inclusion Taskforce under the Reserve Bank of Fiji and Fiji Bureau of Statistics (2016–2019).
He is a CPA (ASA) member, holds an Executive MBA, and is PNGID certified, further enhancing his leadership capability and professional standing in the financial services industry.
Shailendra Kumar Singh
He provides strategic leadership for Handy Finance’s nationwide operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused service delivery.
He has held senior leadership roles across his career and is known for strengthening operational systems, improving process integrity, and building high-performing teams.
His international exposure includes business engagements in China, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and India, contributing to his global operational perspective and strategic leadership capability.
Kriti Arishma Naidu
Her cross-border insight is shaped by a short-term, high-value engagement with Handy Finance’s headquarters in Papua New Guinea.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance, a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting, and a Master of Commerce in Accounting. She is a member of the Fiji Institute of Accountants and is currently on the PhD pathway in Accounting.
Known for her sharp analytical insight and sound judgement, she strengthens financial controls, elevates reporting, and supports strategic decision-making.
